Alhambra tickets
The Alhambra is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Granada, South Spain. It is a complex of palaces, gardens, and fortifications that was built by the Nasrid dynasty in the 13th and 14th centuries. The Alhambra is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Spain, and it attracts millions of visitors each year.
The monument can be visited in different ways, and with different types of tickets, and in this post we will discover for you all of them, so you will be able to choose the best option for your visit.
A little advice to start planning
Adequate planning is recommended, taking into account the time available, the accessibility of the monument, the weather, and your needs and interests.
There are four visitable spaces inside the monument: Alcazaba Fortress, Nasrid Palaces, Partal Gardens, and Generalife Palace.
The order of visit must be established taking into account the time of entry to the Nasrid Palaces, expressly indicated in your ticket and which must be strictly followed, otherwise you will lose the right to visit it. The whole monument visit duration is around three hours to complete.

Types of Alhambra tickets
There are seven different types of Alhambra tickets available (plus, two tickets for the Andalusian monuments around the city). But we can create two main groups of tickets: the ones that include the entry to the Nasrid Palaces, and the ones that don’t.
The reason for this distinction is because The Nasrid Palaces are the most demanded area into the Alhambra and also the one with more restrictions.
